Welcome to the Mix Master Pro help center. We're here to make sure your shift goes smoothly.

How do I create an account? Open the app, tap "Create an account," enter your email and a password. You'll be signed in immediately.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and follow the prompts. If you don't receive a reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email us at [email protected].
Where do the cocktail recipes come from? Mix Master Pro pulls from TheCocktailDB, a free public-domain cocktail database, plus the original creations our users save and share.
Why can't I find a specific cocktail? The database covers thousands of common cocktails but isn't exhaustive. If you can't find one, you can always add it as your own creation in the "My Creations" tab.
How do I add a photo to my cocktail? On the New Creation screen, tap "Gallery" to pick an existing photo or "Camera" to take a new one. You'll be asked for permission the first time.
Can other people see my creations? Only if you share them. Personal creations are private until you tap the share icon and post them to the feed or send them in a direct message.
Why can't I take a photo? Camera or photo library access may be turned off. Open iOS Settings → Mix Master Pro → enable Camera and/or Photos.
How do I track a shift? Open the Shift tab → tap "Start Shift." When you're done, tap "End Shift" and enter your total tips.
How does the tip-out calculator work? After ending a shift, you can split your tip total across barbacks, hosts, bussers, and kitchen using percentage splits. The remainder is your take-home.
Why is the AI taking so long to respond? The AI generates both a recipe AND an original image, which can take 10–15 seconds. If it takes longer than 30 seconds, try again with a simpler prompt.
The AI gave me a recipe that doesn't make sense. AI-generated cocktails are creative suggestions, not pre-tested recipes. Use your bartender judgment — and let us know if you make something amazing!
How do I add a friend? Open the Friends tab → search for their email or display name → tap "Add Friend." They'll receive a request and can accept or decline.
How do I send a cocktail to a friend? Open the creation → tap the share icon → select a friend from the list. They'll receive it in a direct message and can tap to see the full recipe.
How do I see ingredients on a cocktail someone sent me? Tap the shared cocktail card in the chat or feed. A recipe sheet will slide up with the ingredients and instructions.
How do I delete my account? Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address registered to your account. We will permanently delete your data within 7 days.

Is my data sold or shared? No. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third-party advertisers.
